Chapter 96

HOURS OF OPERATION FOR CERTAIN ACTIVITIES

ARTICLE I

Amusement Houses

~ 96-1. Hours of operation.

No public place or public places of amusement shall be open between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. within the Town of Chestertown unless a permit has been granted by the Mayor and Council authorizing such activities.

~ 96-2. Violations and penalties.

A violation of the terms of this Article shall be considered a municipal infraction subject to a penalty as provided in ~ C11-4B of the Charter.

ARTICLE II

Car Washes

~ 96-3. Hours of operation.

No person, firm or corporation operating or maintaining a coin-operated car wash nor any employee thereof shall operate said coin-operated car wash between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of any day.

~ 96-4. Violations and penalties.

A violation of the terms of this Article shall be considered a municipal infraction subject to a penalty as provided in ~ C11-4B of the Charter.
